The facility is a permanent venue within TERRADA ART COMPLEX II which houses Japan's leading art galleries. Artworks from overseas can be exhibited and viewed in an environment specialized for handling art under bonded conditions.

A permanent bonded area where artworks from overseas can be viewed and stored under bonded conditions. It features an environment specialized for handling art. Since it was renovated from a warehouse, it has a high ceiling and large elevators usable for exhibitions of larger artworks. The venue facilitates the acquisition of artworks from overseas by domestic and overseas galleries and auction previews.
