HAZAAR, First Commercial Complex by Warehouse TERRADA to Open next to Hazawa Yokohama-Kokudai Station in the autumn of 2024
The aesthetics inherited by the historic warehouse district include a supermarket, medical institutions and a licensed nursery facility
Warehouse TERRADA will open HAZAAR, a commercial facility next to Hazawa Yokohama-Kokudai Station on the Sotetsu Line in the autumn of 2024.
HAZAAR is located in HAZAWA VALLEY, which is undergoing development to become a comfortable place to live. It will house approximately 25 tenants, including a supermarket, medical institutions, a licensed nursery facility, and an industry-academia-people collaboration facility in association with the Yokohama National University for agricultural support. HAZAAR is the first commercial complex for Warehouse TERRADA.
