ART MARKET TENNOZ 2023 Event to Discover Your own Art

Warehouse TERRADA as part of our business transmitting art and culture, will be holding the ART MARKET TENNOZ event, where visitors can experience art culture, from March 3rd (Fri) to March 5th (Sun), 2023.

The theme for this event is “Look, Hear, Feel, Enjoy, Discover,” and it will be held primarily at an art gallery cafe, WHAT CAFE, featuring displays and sales of artworks, talk shows, and workshops. There will be artworks by 21 artists, and visitors will have an opportunity to come across one-of-a-kind works found nowhere else in the world and perhaps discover an unwoken love of art within themselves. At the same time as this event, MEET YOUR ART FAIR 2023 “RE:FACTORY” will be held at Warehouse TERRADA G1 and G3 Buildings. As a collaboration between two events, visitors of RE:FACTORY will be able to receive a drink discount.

Avi is posting movies on TikTok and other media, focusing on art. The WHAT CAFE SPECIAL MARKET gallery tour by Avi will be held during this event. (Reservation required)

[WHAT CAFE SPECIAL MARKET]

The art market will feature the artists of our future, and their artworks will be available for appreciation and purchase. Artworks by 21 artists will be exhibited, and visitors will have an opportunity to converse with these artists and thereby potentially encounter and discover various works of art. Visitors will further be able to enjoy the artists’ passion through some programs such as their talk events and live creation.

A space to exhibit and sell artworks by up-and coming artists in Japan. It boasts 800 square meters of luminous, expansive floor space. Works on display are constantly updated––a year-round flow of beauty and cool from the new pantheon of creative visual geniuses. This maximizes the opportunities for artists to be seen, be loved, and sell their work. We hold workshops, events, and meet-ups related to the exhibitions, so you can dive deep and meet like-minded art lovers. It’s a space to experience art with all five senses while enjoying a meal and drinks.
Since August 2022, WHAT CAFE has been holding exhibitions based on the concept “ART IS…” It offers a space to reconsider and rediscover what art is to everyone who visits WHAT CAFE.

[About PIGMENT TOKYO]

A comprehensive facility for creativity combined with an art materials shop, a lab, and a workshop for exploring expression in color and matière. We research a diverse array of art materials, their uses in practice, and the expression they give rise to and then contribute to promoting the acquisition of the pertaining knowledge and techniques. We carry a variety of pigments in around 4,500 colors as well as precious inkstones and ink sticks, more than 600 paint brush varieties, original vehicles for paint blending, Washi papers, tools and materials for traditional Western art techniques, and other rare and valuable materials are available for purchase. We also arrange workshops, customized lectures, and collaborative projects for enterprises.
