Emergency Performing Arts Archive + Digital Theater Project Launching Special Web Page Describing Significance of Movie Archiving
An original animation will be distributed, and an online symposium will be held on December 1st
Warehouse TERRADA and the Japanese Centre of International Theatre Institute have established the Emergency Performing Arts Archive + Digital Theater (EPAD) 2022 Executive Committee. As a part of the art caravan project, which the Agency selected for Cultural Affairs, we will launch a web page to raise awareness of stage performance movies on December 1st (Thu), 2022.
Visitors to the web page will be able to see the introduction of EPAD, articles on archiving works, and original animation by an illustrator/animation creator Quick Obake.
On the same day, an online symposium about the utilization of stage-performance movies will be held.
